In part 2, Emily chats with Laura Howey about her experience, as a curriculum lead, of an OFSTED deep dive. Laura talks about her experience being inspected under the new OFSTED framework. She is currently a School Improvement Leader for Humanities at Skegness Grammar School. She is in her fifth year of leading the faculty and the second year of embedding scholarship into her history curriculum.
