Such a lovely morning chatting with my colleague and friend Ste Sharpe about training, everything IELTS, and a whole lot more.
Ste has been in ELT since graduating in 2005, and during that time, he's taught and trained teachers in Canada, the UK, Venezuela, Tunisia and Bangladesh. He's a CELTA tutor and an experienced ELT examiner for several ELT exams. His interests lie in teaching training (pre and in-service) and IELTS. He recently moved back to the UK after 11 years abroad and is excited to start a new online chapter in his career- listen in for more details.
